| Lucy was born on a rainy night at Percy and Audrey's London flat, and the first thing that her one-and-a-half year old older sister said was that she looked like an alien. When Lucy was nearing two years old, her family moved closer to the country, into a fairly large house, where her mother could raise her various pets as well as horses and chickens. As Lucy took after neither her father nor her mother, she always felt like a bit of an outsider in her own home. She first began showing signs of being magical when she was five and her sister tried to force her onto her uncle's broom. She made the broom disappear and reappear in the dining room four times before her sister got tired of it. Six years later she got her letter from Hogwarts. She attended and was sorted into Hufflepuff. | Lucy is a quiet girl, but she has a mean temper when she is provoked. As the second child, she was doted on less, and as a result she has a bit of an inferiority complex. She loves nothing more than sitting next to the lake at school with a pad of parchment and a pencil so that she can sketch whatever catches her eye, and she has drawings scattered around her bedroom at home and her four poster at school. She tends to be a little too serious sometimes, often at the detriment of peoples' impressions of her, but she tries as often as she can to let that go. She's good in Herbology, but she tends to be in the bottom half of all of her other classes. She's terrible at athletics, and while she's not necessarily fat, she isn't the skinniest girl in school. She's also a wonderful singer, but nobody knows it because she won't sing in front of anybody but her cat, Stella. |
